Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how you may use SARONE, cloud business management software. Please read them before creating an account or buying a plan.
Who operates SARONE
SARONE is a personal SaaS project operated by an individual. These terms do not present SARONE as a registered company, corporation, or commercially registered entity.
If this operating structure changes, this page will be updated.
The service
SARONE is cloud business management software. The current product scope includes Sales, Purchasing, Inventory / Stores, POS, Accounting, Reporting, and e-invoicing support for Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
Features, limits, and availability can change as the product develops. The application and the pricing pages describe what is included in a given plan at the time you subscribe.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for your account, for users you invite, and for activity that occurs under your tenant, companies, branches, and stores.
Account security
Keep login credentials confidential and use reasonably strong passwords. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.
You are responsible for access you grant inside your organization.
Companies, branches, stores, and data
You decide how companies, branches, and stores are set up and who can use them.
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and completeness of business data you enter, including invoices, inventory, accounting records, and customer or supplier information.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is sold as a subscription. Charges, plan names, and included limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing pages.
If payment processing is used, a third-party provider such as Paddle may collect payment and issue the customer receipt under that provider's terms.
Monthly and annual plans
Plans may be offered on a monthly or annual basis. Annual billing, where offered, is a prepaid subscription for the stated period.
Changing plans may take effect according to the process available in the product or after we confirm the change.
Renewal
Paid plans may renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless you cancel before renewal, where the payment provider or product allows cancellation.
Renewal amounts follow the plan then in force unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription so that it does not renew. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not by itself create a refund. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
After cancellation or non-payment, access to paid features may end at the close of the paid period or sooner if the payment provider reports a failed charge.
Trials
SARONE may offer a trial from time to time. Whether a trial is available, and any duration or limits, are shown in the product when you sign up. A trial is not a paid subscription.
A trial can end, change, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on a trial as a permanent right to the service.
Acceptable use
Use SARONE only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to break security, overload the service, interfere with other customers, or use the service to store or transmit unlawful content.
You must not resell the service or share access in a way that bypasses plan limits.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for data you submit. We process that data to provide and maintain the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You must have a lawful basis to enter personal data of your employees, customers, or suppliers.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep SARONE available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting issues, or changes can affect access.
We may modify features, interfaces, or plan packaging. If a change materially reduces a paid plan you already bought, we will handle it reasonably, which may include notice or allowing cancellation before renewal.
Intellectual property
SARONE, the product design, software, and related materials remain the operator's intellectual property or that of licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription or trial.
You keep ownership of the business content you upload, and you grant us the rights needed to host and process it to run the service.
Third-party services
The service may depend on hosting, email, payment, or government e-invoicing connections. Those providers have their own terms.
When payments are processed through Paddle, Paddle's checkout, refund, and buyer terms may also apply to the purchase.
E-invoicing and local compliance
SARONE includes e-invoicing support for Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Support is a product capability. It does not mean your business is certified, approved, or legally compliant with any tax or e-invoicing authority.
You remain responsible for tax registration, invoice content, filing, and any authority onboarding. Official government rules prevail over product behavior if they differ.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. Data retention after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
SARONE is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will meet every business, accounting, or regulatory requirement.
Nothing in the marketing site or the product is legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of SARONE.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, except for liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the mandatory laws that apply to the operator and to you as a customer. They do not elect a specific country or court, because SARONE is not operated as a registered company with an established corporate seat in these terms.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction that the applicable law allows. Consumer or mandatory local rules are not waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
