Refund Policy
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refund requests work for SARONE subscriptions. SARONE is a personal SaaS project operated by an individual.
Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the monthly or annual period you choose. The amount charged is the price shown at checkout for that plan and period.
Where payment processing is used, a third-party merchant of record may charge your payment method and issue the receipt.
Cancellation
You may cancel to stop the next renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid a further charge when the product or payment provider allows it.
Cancellation does not automatically refund time already billed.
Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically. If you do not want to be charged again, cancel before the renewal is processed.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is no guaranteed cooling-off refund unless a payment provider's buyer protection or a mandatory consumer law requires one.
We may refund unused prepaid time when a charge was made in error, the service could not be used due to a fault on our side, or we agree that a refund is fair.
We generally do not refund merely because you changed your mind after using the paid service, or because you did not cancel before renewal, unless the law or the payment provider requires it.
How to request a refund
Send a refund request to the contact email on this page. Include the account email, approximate charge date, and the reason.
If a third-party merchant of record processed the payment, we may also ask you to use that provider's support or checkout receipt tools so the charge can be reversed.
Accidental or duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation that should have prevented renewal, tell us promptly. We will work with you and, where applicable, the payment provider to correct the charge.
Access after a refund or termination
If a refund is issued or a subscription is terminated, paid access may end. We do not promise continued use of paid features after a refund.
Payment providers
The payment provider, when used, may apply its own refund timelines and methods. An approved refund is typically returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank or card issuer.
